Minimum age for injectables?

In the UK, you must be 18 or older to get injectables. This prohibition is enforced by the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, which came into effect on 1 October 2021. The law applies regardless of parental consent or whether the individual is a resident or visitor in England.

Can I bring my children with me?

The clinic is not a child-safe environment; for safety reasons (yours and theirs), you must not bring children to your appointment, even if you believe they can wait quietly during your treatment. Your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled if you are accompanied by children.

Can I bring any friends?

Any accompanying adults, including family members, are welcome. However, they must remain outside the treatment room for the entire duration of your appointment. This ensures the injector can focus exclusively on you and your treatment without distraction.

Is the deposit refundable?

If we are unable to provide the service due to an issue on our part, your deposit will be refunded in full within maximum 7 working days.
By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you acknowledge that preparation for your treatment may begin immediately. As a result, deposits are non-refundable; however, the deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
Deposits are also non-refundable in the following circumstances:
• You are not eligible for treatment, including if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have relevant medical contraindications, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• You cancel your appointment or fail to attend
• You arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we are unable to accommodate you as a result

Less than 1ml filler?

If you’re thinking about a subtle change, less than 1 ml can be perfect for your needs, however, it's best to discuss that decision together with you injector, because it might not be suited for what you are hoping to achieve. Can I attend an event next day?

Injectables can cause temporary inflammation and localised bruising, which usually settle within 3 to 7 days. To be on the safe side, it is recommended to schedule your treatment at least one week before any major event, such as a wedding or birthday party, and to follow all aftercare instructions carefully to support a normal and speedy recovery.

Pain perception varies from person to person; however, the majority of patients report only mild discomfort during the procedure, while others find it completely painless. A topical anaesthetic containing lidocaine is applied prior to treatment to minimise any potential discomfort and enhance patient comfort.
