1. General information
All clients must be over the age of 18 to book an appointment on this website and are required to provide contact details and the minimal necessary personal information, including full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and email address, in order to secure an appointment. Verifying age with valid ID is required under UK law to ensure compliance with age restrictions for injectable cosmetic procedures and a critical step to receive the injectable treatment. All clients must complete a "consent to treatment" form each time they attend an appointment; this is necessary for the consultation and treatment planning process. All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with data protection legislation.

2.2 Honey Lips® – The trading name of a legally operating business or sole proprietorship, responsible for providing the services described on this website. Honey Lips® is a registered trademark with the UK IPO. Honey Lips® provides non-surgical cosmetic injectable treatments and related services as described on this website.
2.3 The injector - A trained practitioner responsible for carrying out cosmetic injectable procedures.
2.4 Consent Form - A form that must be completed and signed before any treatment is carried out. It outlines the procedure, risks, and agreement to proceed. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time prior to or during treatment. The form can be found at the link www.honeylips.uk/form
2.5 Aftercare - A set of important guidelines that must be followed after your treatment to ensure the best results and reduce the risk of side effects. The aftercare guide is found at the link www.honeylips.uk/aftercare

6 Age verification
In line with UK legal requirements, appointments for anything related to cosmetic injectable treatments are not provided to anyone under 18. Any attempt to falsify or bypass the verification process, including ID verification to claim you are over 18, will result in immediate cancellation of the appointment and refusal of treatment.
7 Preparation for your appointment
7.1 Please attend your appointment without makeup or piercings on the treatment area.
8 Liability
8.1 Clients must read and accept the consent form located at the link www.honeylips.uk/form before treatment, confirming their understanding of the treatment along with benefits, side effects, and risks.
8.2 Aftercare instructions will be provided in person, email, and publicly available on the website at the link: www.honeylips.uk/aftercare. You are fully responsible for any side effects resulting from deliberately ignoring the aftercare guidance, including assuming that no harm will occur.
8.3 Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and health conditions before treatment. Failure to do so may affect treatment safety and outcomes.
8.4 Honey Lips® and its practitioners are not liable for any adverse effects, complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from treatment, except in cases of proven negligence or wilful misconduct.
8.5 Honey Lips® shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
9 Family and friends escorting you
Only the person receiving the treatment is allowed inside the treatment room, while anyone else is kindly asked to wait outside the treatment room for the whole duration of the treatment.
10 Children under 18 are not allowed on the premises
11 Treatment Suitability
11.1 Before any procedure is carried out, it will be thoroughly discussed with you to ensure that you understand the risks and the benefits and to make sure the treatment is tailored to your expectations as much as possible.
12 Payment
12.1 The costs of the treatment(s) are clearly presented to you on the website and there are no hidden costs.
12.2 The payment consists of 2 parts: a deposit paid in advance when you book online and a remaining balance that will be paid on the day of the treatment.
12.3 Major debit and credit cards are accepted.
12.4 Payments are not accepted later than the day of your treatment.
13 Feedback
Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve the quality of service. You may submit feedback via third-party services (Social Media, Google reviews and similar).
14 Complaints
If you have a complaint, this can be made in person or in writing at roxana.cucsa@gmail.com. Your complaint will be acknowledged promptly and addressed usually within 7 working days. The matter will be investigated thoroughly and if the investigation requires more time, you will be kept informed clearly about the progress.
15. Cancellation, Refunds and Changes to Your Appointment
15.1 Once provided, any treatment or service is non-refundable.
15.2 As a courtesy, you have 1 hour from booking to cancel and receive a deposit refund. By booking, you voluntarily request that preparation starts immediately and waive your right to a refund under the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
15.3 Deposits will not be refunded if:
• Preparation begins.
• An appointment is missed.
• The client is over 15 minutes late.
• The client is legally or medically unable to receive treatment due to age restrictions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
15.4 If an appointment is canceled due to circumstances beyond the client’s control, such as practitioner illness, emergencies and unforeseen events preventing the service, Honey Lips® will offer a rescheduled appointment or refund the deposit in full.
15.5 Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed.

Your information will not be willfully, knowingly, or intentionally shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
19 Force Majeure
Honey Lips® shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
20 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
21 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Honey Lips®, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, the parties may agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration before pursuing other legal remedies.
22. Updates to Terms
Honey Lips® reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms before each booking.
