Minimum age for injectables?

In the UK, you must be 18 or older to get injectables. This prohibition is enforced by the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, which came into effect on 1 October 2021. The law applies regardless of parental consent or whether the individual is a resident or visitor in England.

Can I bring a visitor?

Any accompanying visitors, including family members, must remain outside the treatment room for the entire duration of your appointment. This ensures the injector can focus exclusively on you and your treatment, with zero distraction.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, call or text 07841777601. Deposits are non-refundable in this situation. See T&C.

How to reschedule

Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit, as preparation for your appointment begins in advance.

Is the deposit refundable?

If we are unable to provide the service due to an issue on our part, your deposit will be refunded in full within maximum 7 working days. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment or fail to attend (no-show).

Can I attend an event next day?

Accepted Answer

Injectables can cause temporary inflammation and localised bruising, which usually settle within days to weeks. To be on the safe side, it is recommended to schedule your treatment at least one week before any major event, such as a wedding or birthday party, and to follow all aftercare instructions carefully to support a normal and speedy recovery.
