Minimum age for injectables?

In the UK, you must be 18 or older to get injectables. This prohibition is enforced by the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, which came into effect on 1 October 2021. The law applies regardless of parental consent or whether the individual is a resident or visitor in England.

Can I bring a visitor or pets?

The clinic policy is no-pets and no-children under 18 (including toddlers). To ensure the injector can focus exclusively on you and your treatment, all accompanying visitors must remain outside the treatment room for the entire duration of your appointment.

You can reschedule using the same deposit you already paid if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, your deposit will go towards preparation for your appointment and cannot be used for a future appointment.

Are deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, unless if we are unable to provide the service due to an issue on our part, situation in which your deposit will be refunded in full within maximum 5 working days.
