In the UK, you must be 18 or older to get injectables. This prohibition is enforced by the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, which came into effect on 1 October 2021. The law applies regardless of parental consent or whether the individual is a resident or visitor in England.

Is the deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, which is why, as a courtesy, deposits can be refunded if the cancellation occurs within one hour of booking. Later than 1 hour, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or another appointment. No additional cancellation fees will be charged. Less than 1ml lip filler?

If you're considering a subtle enhancement, like a top-up or small correction, less than 1ml is a great option. Please note that while 0.5 ml is priced lower, if, for example, 0.8ml is needed, the price remains the same as 1ml. This is because fillers come pre-filled in 1 ml or 0.5 ml volumes, and even if only part is used, the entire part must be discarded after treatment.

Can I go to an important event next day?

Injectables can cause temporary inflammation and localised bruising, which usually begin to settle within 3 to 7 days. To be safe, schedule your treatment at least one week before any major event and follow all aftercare instructions carefully.

Pain perception varies from person to person; however, the majority of patients report only mild discomfort during the procedure, while others find it completely painless. A topical anaesthetic containing lidocaine is applied prior to treatment to minimise any potential discomfort and enhance patient comfort. Among chin, cheek, and lip fillers, lip filler is generally considered the most uncomfortable.
